Installation and Debugging

Site survey: Check the installation site (foundation bearing capacity, space size, power supply configuration, etc.).

Technical briefing: Confirm the installation plan, safety specifications and special technical requirements with the customer.

Document review: Check the equipment certificate, instruction manual, electrical schematics and other technical documents.

Mechanical installation:

• Assembly of structural parts such as main beams, legs, end beams, etc.
• Track laying (applicable to bridge and gantry cranes).
• Installation of key components such as wire ropes, pulleys, hooks, brakes, etc.

Electrical system installation:

• Wiring and debugging of control cabinets, motors, limit switches, sensors, etc.
• Installation of safety devices (overload protection, emergency stop, anti-collision system).

No-load operation test:

Check whether the lifting, walking, rotation and other mechanisms are running smoothly.

Verify whether each limit switch and brake responds normally.

Static load test (1.25 times rated load):

Test the main beam deflection and structural stability.

Dynamic load test (1.1 times rated load):

Simulate actual working conditions and verify the operating mechanism and braking performance.

Issue a commissioning report and record various test data.

Operation training: Guide safe operation, daily maintenance and common troubleshooting.

Assist in acceptance: Cooperate with customers or third-party testing agencies to complete special equipment acceptance (if necessary).
