High transmission efficiency and low wear
The rolling bearing has a low friction coefficient (0.001-0.003), a transmission efficiency of ≥95%, and energy consumption is more than 20% lower than that of sliding bearings;
The surface roughness of the rope groove is Ra≤6.3μm, and with high-quality steel wire rope (such as galvanized or compacted strands), the wear rate is ≤0.1mm/thousand cycles.
Strong environmental adaptability
Temperature range: -30℃~+80℃ (ordinary type), low temperature resistant (-40℃) or high temperature resistant (+120℃) materials can be selected for extreme environments;
Protection level IP54, dustproof and waterproof, suitable for dusty, humid, and open-air scenes;
The explosion-proof type complies with GB 3836 standards and is suitable for flammable and explosive environments such as chemical industry and coal mines.
Convenient maintenance
The bearing seat is equipped with oil filling/draining holes to support non-stop lubrication;
The modular design facilitates overall replacement, and the maintenance time is shortened by more than 50% compared with non-standard components.
