How to Choose the Right 5-Ton Chain Hoist
1. Lifting Height: The lifting height of the chain hoist must be greater than your actual required height, as you need to allow for chain storage and safety margin.
2. Working Level: This is a key indicator of the hoist's working intensity. Do you need to use it occasionally, or frequently every day?
3. Power Supply: What power supply does your work site provide?
Standard Three-Phase (380V/50Hz): Most common, supported by all models.
Single-Phase (220V): If only household power or a specific workshop is available.
4. Installation Method:
Fixed: Directly fixed via overhead lifting points, position remains unchanged. This is the simplest method.
Rotating: This is the most common method. The hoist needs to move left and right on an I-beam.
5. Control Method:
Handle Control: Most commonly used, integrates all buttons and emergency stop switch.
Remote Control: Long-distance operation, safer and more convenient, especially suitable for large workshops or hazardous areas.
