Crane wheel set - dedicated for bridge cranes
The wheel set for bridge cranes is forged or cast (ZG55) with high-strength alloy steel (such as 42CrMo), and is tempered and surface quenched to a hardness of HRC45-55, ensuring high load-bearing and wear resistance. The wheels are usually designed with double flanges to effectively prevent derailment and are suitable for indoor environments such as workshops and warehouses. The bearings use heavy-duty spherical roller bearings (223 series) with an automatic lubrication system to adapt to frequent starts and stops (working levels M4-M7). The wheel pressure range is 5-50t, the operating speed is 20-60m/min, and variable frequency drive can be optionally equipped to achieve smooth operation.

Crane wheel set - dedicated for gantry cranes
The gantry crane wheel set is optimized for outdoor working conditions, using corrosion-resistant materials (such as ZG50SiMn) and adding protective coatings to adapt to harsh environments such as high humidity and salt spray. The large wheel pressure design (10-100t) has a wheel diameter of up to Φ900mm and is equipped with a balance beam structure to automatically adjust the wheel pressure distribution and reduce track wear. Some models use conical treads (1:10 taper) or electronic correction systems to prevent "track gnawing". Suitable for heavy-load, long-distance operation scenarios such as ports and yards, the working level can reach M8, meeting the needs of high-intensity continuous operation.
